Before forming Privacy Resolutions P.C., Charles worked as an attorney
with Cummings & Lockwood, a full-service, mid-sized law firm in Connecticut.
Charles also serves as President of Charles serves on the Section Council for the Illinois
State Bar Association's Intellectual Property Section and is writing a
book on the politics of privacy. He teaches privacy and technology courses
at John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. He has taught Privacy
in Cyberspace at the University of Connecticut School of Law; served as
Chair of the American Bar Association's Privacy and Computer Crime Committee;
Vice-Chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Computer Law Section;
and served as Co-Chair of the Regional Bar Association's Internet Law
Committee. He graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University
School of Law and also has a B.A. degree in philosophy and an M.A. degree
in political science from Purdue University. Charles currently serves
as a member of the Board of Directors of the and . He remains active in the Indiana State Bar Association as
a member of the Committee on Law Practice Management and the Internnet
& Electronic Commerce Committee.

Before joining Privacy Resolutions P.C., Katherine worked with the Yale
School of Management as its Recruiting Manager. Katherine also has extensive
experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked with the Multiple
Sclerosis Research Center at Yale University School of Medicine's Department
of Neurology; the journal Biological Psychiatry, and the Mental
Health Memorial Foundation of Indiana. Katherine also currently serves
as the Executive Director of the civic organization Southside Cemetery
Association. Katherine has a B.A. Degree in Fine Arts from Purdue Univeristy.
